So hopefully you’ve read that title somewhere and were quite intrigued by what I mean by it. What’s funny is that it’s pretty simple. Science has proven that 30 minutes or more of keeping moving (walking, running, choosing to take the stairs) drastically improves your health and chances of getting a horrid ailment or even worse, a heart attack.
Quite crazy huh? I found this out from a website called human.co (which is also an app). It basically challenges you to do stuff like walk, run, canoe, bike and other active things for at least 30 minutes every day. Check out this teazer:
