Today’s workout was the Lynne CrossFit WOD. It a short tough workout that definitely gets your heart racing. If you don’t know what it is, it’s as follows:
Bench Press (bodyweight)
The aim, to rep until failure and then move on and then add all the reps together. It sounds quite easy but I failed badly (lack of training and I’m putting it down to me donating blood the other day).
My workout score: 44 (4-7, 4-5, 1-6, 3-5, 3-6). That’s at 70kg for the bench press
